The Angelus Bell collects absolutely no personal data. Your privacy is sacred to us.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Across all our platforms — website, browser extension, and iOS app — we do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Usage analytics or app behavior data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Prayer times, preferences, or devotional activities
• Audio recordings or voice data
• Contacts, photos, or other device content

If you contact us via email or our support form, we may collect your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to your inquiry.

How Our Products Work

Angelus Bell iOS & Apple Watch App

• All prayer time notifications (6 AM, noon, 6 PM) are scheduled locally on your device using iOS notification services. These never leave your device.
• Authentic church bell audio files are included within the app and stored locally.
• Your settings (bell selection, notification preferences) are saved locally and never transmitted anywhere.
• Apple Watch complications and notifications sync directly between your iPhone and Apple Watch via Apple's native systems, without our servers involved.

Angelus Bell Browser Extension

• Extension preferences (such as selected prayer times and bell tones) are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers.
• No personally identifiable information is collected from users of the extension on any supported browser.

Use of Cookies

Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience and track aggregate traffic statistics via Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Our mobile apps and browser extensions do not use cookies.

Third-Party Services

Our iOS app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy) and uses only Apple's native frameworks for notifications, audio playback, and Watch connectivity.

Children's Privacy

The Angelus Bell is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. Since we collect no data whatsoever, COPPA and similar children's privacy regulations are inherently satisfied.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Since we don't collect data from our apps, we have nothing to share. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the integrity of our service.
